Your journey to being well starts here.
At Be Well Occupational Therapy, we believe feeling better shouldn't be complicated. Led by licensed occupational therapist Ellie Kaiser, we offer holistic, client-centered care for every stage of life — blending hands-on techniques like CranioSacral Therapy, dry needling, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage with evidence-informed occupational therapy. Whether you're managing chronic pain, anxiety, an autoimmune condition, or simply want more ease and independence in your daily life, we create a personalized path forward — one built around your goals, not a one-size-fits-all plan. This isn't just treatment. It's a roadmap to feeling like yourself again.
How We Can Help
From gentle, whole-body techniques to targeted pain relief, every service at Be Well is rooted in occupational therapy expertise — and tailored to your goals, not a one-size-fits-all plan. Explore what's possible below.
-
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach in which the practitioner uses very light touch, generally about the weight of a nickel, on areas such as the head, neck, spine, and sacrum. The intent is to assess and release restrictions in the soft tissues and fascia so that you may experience less pain and tension and move and function more comfortably in daily activities. You will remain fully clothed. Sessions are typically quiet and relaxed.
-
Dry needling is a treatment in which a thin, sterile, single-use filiform needle is inserted through the skin into muscle, tendon, or other soft tissue. No medication or fluid is injected. The goal is to reduce pain, muscle tension, and movement limitations so that you can return to daily activities and occupations that matter to you. It is different from acupuncture, though it uses similar needles.
-
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, hands-on technique that uses very light, slow, rhythmic strokes on the skin to encourage the movement of lymph fluid through the body's lymphatic vessels. The lymphatic system helps manage fluid balance and supports the immune system. The intent is to help reduce swelling, heaviness, and discomfort so that you can move and function more comfortably in daily activities. Sessions are usually relaxing, and the pressure is much lighter than in massage. Depending on the treatment area, you may be draped with a sheet or towel, and only the area being treated is uncovered.
Disclaimer: We use the Vodder technique. We do not have the credentials to treat lymphedema.

Not sure where to start or what help is even out there? Our virtual consultations connect you with Ellie's expertise and professional network to help your unique needs. Whatever stage of life you're in, together, we'll build a clear plan, so you know exactly what to do next to get the quality of life you deserve.

No two clients are alike, so no two plans should be either. We build personalized wellness plans around your specific goals — combining occupational therapy, holistic techniques, and, if it's a fit, access to our on-site gym, to help you build lasting strength, independence, and confidence.
About The Owner
Ellie is a licensed Occupational Therapist with a master's degree from Xavier University and nearly four years of experience across hospitals, school-based care, and outpatient pediatrics. She's Upledger-certified in CranioSacral Therapy and AAMT-certified in dry needling and Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder Technique).
