What does it mean to Be Well?
Being well isn't just the absence of illness — it's being able to move through your life fully present, capable, and at ease in your own body. It's a parent who can keep up with their kids without wincing through pain, a child who can navigate the world with more confidence, or someone managing a chronic condition who no longer feels defined by it. Wellness looks different for everyone, which is exactly the point.
At Be Well Occupational Therapy, we believe true wellness touches the whole person — mind, body, and spirit — not just the symptom that brought you through the door. That's why our name isn't just a business name; it's the outcome we're working toward with every client, at every age and stage of life.

We treat the whole person, not just a diagnosis. Every session starts with listening — to your goals, your history, and what "feeling better" actually means to you — before blending occupational therapy with hands-on, holistic techniques. Sessions are individualized rather than one-size-fits-all, so the pace, the modalities, and the outcomes we're working toward are shaped entirely around you.
-
Client-Centered — Your goals guide the care, not a standard protocol.
Whole-Body Healing — We treat connected systems, not isolated symptoms.
Empowerment — You leave every session with tools to keep healing on your own.
Independence — Progress is measured by what you can do, not just how you feel.
Intentionality — Every technique and every session has a purpose.
Quality of Life — The goal is always a fuller, more comfortable life — not just short-term relief.

Be Well was born out of nearly four years of hands-on experience — starting in a hospital setting, moving between acute care, inpatient rehab, and outpatient neuro rehab, and later shifting into school-based work with high-support-needs autistic students. Both roles were deeply rewarding, but they also revealed how often good, unhurried care gets squeezed by systems that weren't built around the people they serve.
That realization is what led to opening this practice — a space built around a simple idea: care should be shaped by the client in front of you, not the constraints around you. Along the way, a growing interest in holistic healing — first through CranioSacral Therapy, later through Manual Lymphatic Drainage — added new tools to that mission, rooted in the belief that the body already knows how to heal when it's given the right support.
Who We Are
Meet The Owner
Hi, I'm Ellie Kaiser. I'm a two-time Xavier University graduate with a Bachelor's in Liberal Arts and a Master's in Occupational Therapy, and I hold advanced certifications in dry needling for the upper extremities, CranioSacral Therapy, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. But more than the credentials, what drives me is getting to walk alongside people as they work toward feeling like themselves again.
I was born and raised right here in Cincinnati, where I grew up with my parents and younger sister. Today, home is with my husband and our two cats. Outside the studio, you'll usually find me with a matcha in hand, exploring a new corner of town, baking, working out at my beloved studio, or losing track of time on a craft project. I am so honored to be able to grow with you through your wellness journey!
